Multilingual Review: Anti-Competitive Pricing Matter

Facing an anti-competitive pricing matter that would extend over multiple years, our client engaged Cimplifi to provide multilingual review requiring Japanese, German, Spanish, Chinese, and other language skills.

For more than three years, Cimplifi provided multilingual review, scaling the project up and down to meet case demands, with as many as 40 bilingual attorneys and legal support specialists reviewing more than two and a half million documents.

We developed a unique QC workflow to accommodate the client’s processes, and the team also provided analysis and reporting for parallel efforts overseas.

Cimplifi is working alongside the client to prepare for civil action by evaluating predictive coding strategies to further streamline the ongoing workload and future anticipated matters.
