We are constantly updating this site with new information so our clients have a one-stop shop for all support articles.
The Compliance team strives for timely and efficient responses to your communication and questions. In order to help facilitate that, we have multiple ways of communicating with the team as well as a dedicated support site for our clients’ use.
- Each client has a unique distribution list that includes the Project Manager, Technical Analyst, Account Manager, and back-up services support.
- If you have a quick question regarding something on your screen, another way to get in touch with the support teams is to use the Chat function on our support site. This chat function will connect you directly to either the eDiscovery Project Management team or the Technical Support team for fast answers to simple questions.
- In addition to the above resources, and your dedicated Account Manager, there are additional points of escalation including the Director of eDiscovery Technology, CTO, COO, trainers, and subject matter experts.
