Tuesday, March 10, 2015

Compliance, a discovery solutions company and pioneer in managed review, today announced today that it has earned kCura's Relativity Best in Service designation, which recognizes Relativity Premium Hosting Partners who provide an exceptional Relativity experience for end users.
“We are extremely proud of this accomplishment and the recognition from kCura,” said Marc Zamsky, Chief Operating Officer, Compliance DS. “This is a testament to our teamwork, focus and approach to provide our clients with state of the art technology solutions and certified professionals to enable their success.”

Through a voluntary audit, Relativity Best in Service partners demonstrate their expertise and experience hosting projects in Relativity. kCura evaluates these partners’ individual data centers in three areas: technical infrastructure, customer service, and product expertise. Additionally, Best in Service partners meet a set of requirements for their duration as a hosting partner, size of Relativity installations, and core Relativity certifications.

“We’re excited to recognize Compliance DS for demonstrating outstanding customer service, technical expertise, and product knowledge with a Blue-level Best in Service designation,” said Andrew Sieja, president and CEO of kCura.

Compliance seamlessly integrates all technical aspects of the EDRM cycle, including managed review, into a start-to-finish product. As the legal industry has evolved, so too has the utilization of advanced cloud technologies to provide attorneys with an end-to-end eDiscovery solution that streamlines processing through production, including document review. Compliance, through its partnership with kCura, and with this new Blue-level Relativity Best in Service distinction under its belt, continues to demonstrate its understanding of the ever-growing legal industry needs and will invest in people and technology to meet those demands.
